Read this first
Do not open the sealed tray yet. The app tells you when. While the seal is intact, you can return the device within 30 days of delivery on our prepaid label for a refund of the purchase price.
1. Get the app
For Android or iPhone. You need a phone with Bluetooth. No account required.
2. Open the app and tap Set up new sensor
Allow Bluetooth and notifications when the app asks. The app then asks you to confirm you are 18 or older, agree to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy (they include an arbitration clause and a class action waiver), and confirm you understand this is not a medical device.
If you have braces, recent dental work, loose teeth, crowns or implants, talk with your dentist before fitting it.
3. Open the tray when the app reaches Fit your sensor
The app runs the fitting with timers. Have ready: two coffee mugs, a kettle, and a fork or tongs. About 10 minutes.
If the device pulses and will not stop, put it in its charger. It cannot run the motor while charging.
